From the perspective of cloud spending, the involvement of external consultants remains relatively consistent across all levels of annual expenditure. However, significant differences arise in the presence of dedicated contractors, which tends to be more noticeable at higher spending levels. This may suggest both a specific corporate structure and the need for increased investment in this area to effectively address the challenges associated with large-scale cloud costs.
