We are looking for a Support and Maintenance Technician in DCiM

At Bjumper, we are seeking a Maintenance Technician in DCiM who aligns with our culture and values. It is necessary to have at least 2 years of experience in the required competencies and to have experience with Clients and Users. We're looking for someone like you, a candidate who resonates with Bjumper's vision of the critical infrastructure sector.

This is how your day-to-day will look like

You would be a part of Bjumper, developing and applying your knowledge in the Support Team, taking care of our Clients' technology usage.

You will need to interpret information provided by the clients, deploy and configure their infrastructure with the various DCiM software we work with, resolve incident tickets, and provide reports.

What we ask of you

📚 Education: Possess a Professional Network FP, Telecommunications Engineering, Intermediate or Higher Degree in Computer Science, Technical Engineer in Computer Science, or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. (Profiles without formal qualifications will be considered if they demonstrate experience and knowledge).

💬 Languages: Fluent English, being comfortable with the language and having technical vocabulary. ️

️✈ Availability to travel (you will be informed in advance of where and for how long we need you at the destination).

🙌 Attitude and willingness! As you've already read, at Bjumper, we care about customer well-being and service quality. 

👑 Knowledge in:

  • Functioning of computer networks.
  • Ability to interpret network diagrams.
  • Knowledge of systems, server maintenance, and helpdesk.
  • We will positively consider if you have knowledge of virtual environments (Azure, AWS, VMware...) and Data Center environments (electricity, air conditioning, capacity...).

      Being versatile, with a capacity for learning and adaptation to work with different tools.
