This year that is about to end has been very special for Bjumper. We started the year with a new image and were very excited to share with you everything we had prepared. .
Looking back at these months, we've had a bit of everything, events, the opening of a new office in Chile, and the creation of new teams, all with the purpose of making your day-to-day infrastructure management easier.
Our main goal has been and will continue to be creating and sharing quality content, combining knowledge and color. That's why we wanted to provide a brief summary of the topics that generated the most interest this year.
Landing in Chile
As part of the company's evolution and growth, this year we decided to establish a presence in Chile. The interest shown by customers, both technically and personally, encouraged us to have local presence in Chile.
Our value proposition in Chile is focused on solving and addressing needs related to operational continuity, solutions, and services associated with the control and monitoring of data centers, to prevent incidents in critical infrastructures.
Survey on Automation in Data Centers
This survey was conducted among specialists to assess the current state of critical infrastructures, as well as to understand the emerging needs along the way.
The data from this survey show the need to continue the actions already initiated to integrate technology, processes, and people to consolidate sources of information and automate processes to the maximum extent so that companies can be prepared for new business models.
Success Case Interview at DCD Madrid Connect
In the month of October, we attended the event organized by DCD in Madrid. As we have already mentioned throughout this post, it is very important for us to share knowledge in infrastructure management, and we know that this can be very challenging because each situation is unique and sometimes the information is not very precise.
That's why we launched these sessions, where more than 100 people have had one-on-one meetings with a Bjumper expert to address any questions they had on various topics, such as controlling DCiM security, the utility of the UNE-5600 standard in the data center, or how to reduce operational costs with proper alarm definitions. Creation of Evolution and Development Team
At Bjumper, we are always concerned not only with trying to help solve current problems but also those we know or believe will arise in the medium term.
That is why in the last quarter of 2021, we created an Evolution Team, which, with the collaboration of some of our clients, we want to exchange experiences and doses of reality regarding the issues they face every day in the management of critical infrastructures.
Another important milestone for us this year has been the creation of a Technology Development Team. In the first half of 2022, we will show you our technology, which aims to bring all the information together under a single system.
With these new teams, we aim to find solutions that relieve the concerns of those responsible for these infrastructures.
